Lamigo桃猿投手陳禹勳8日對戰中信兄弟，9上登板救援，送出三上三下，收下本季第32次救援，球季接近尾聲，陳禹勳也確定拿下救援王，將繼續挑戰前隊友米吉亞2014年所創下的單季35次救援紀錄。

陳禹勳拿下32次救援領居群雄，「海放」其他人，統一獅陳韻文、中信兄弟陳鴻文以9次救援成功居次，統一獅前洋投狄馬克、富邦悍將倪福德則以6次救援成功並列第3，目前悍將、兄弟、桃猿剩下20場賽事，統一獅剩餘22場，陳禹勳篤定奪得救援王。

今年專職猿隊終結者，陳禹勳表現稱職，投手教練吳俊良認為最大關鍵在於身體素質：「身體保持健康，才能有穩定成績，禹勳的技術本來就不是問題。」

陳禹勳本季在球季有穩定表現，最感謝隊友、教練團的幫忙，每次受訪一再強調：「如果沒有隊友守備幫忙，或是打下分數，不可能有這樣的成績，也感謝教練團給予機會。」

今年只要再4救援，陳禹勳就可打破米吉亞紀錄，樹立自己的「鄉長障礙」，而今天對戰兄弟，賽前未見陳禹勳跟隨球隊練習，吳俊良表示：「禹勳今天家中有事，請假一天，但應該會趕回來。」
